Shipping

Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. For items not in stock, please allow 10 business days for delivery.

Tax Policy: All items shipped to a California address will incur state tax.

DOMESTIC (United States) – $5
* Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Tracking)
* Insurance is available at additional charge. Please contact me prior to posting payment and I will send you a revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL – $20
* Packages are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail, Registered. Delivery times may take as little as 10-12 working days but may vary up to as much as 4-6 weeks. There will be a tracking number on your shipping confirmation.
* Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

UPGRADES
If you are interested in a shipping with a different carrier or want Priority or Express Shipping with USPS, just notify me before posting payment and I will send you an updated invoice reflecting charges for the specific carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available. Just e-mail me, Vina Shih, to make arrangements.

LOST PACKAGES
Delivery Confirmation is available at an additional cost. Unless you have purchased Delivery Confirmation, I cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost. I retain receipts of all packages shipped (recording the date and your postal code) as documentation that your package was shipped.

SHIP TO ADDRESS
Please note that by default, I will ship to your address on record, unless otherwise specified in a separate email message.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns about your order. Each piece is quality checked by me before they are sent out and is packaged carefully to ensure that it arrives safely.  I cannot give refunds but will be able to exchange or give store credit. Buyer assumes shipping costs.
